How to get 1000 mbs Speed out of Ruckus AP R320.

My R320 APs constantly gives only 250-300mbs speed whereas I checked the ethernet connnect to it gives 1000mbs.

I have three of these R320 installed and all would give lesser speed. My modem will also give speed of 950mbs.

I can't either login to Unleash app on my Iphone.

Please advise.

This is my worst experience with any service provider. Will this even be resolved or will some technician come to replace with new devices?

Thank you for the information you shared.

As there is no information on the APs from the screenshot you shared, and the status is unknown. At this point, we may have to proceed with the factory reset of the Access Points.

Please refer to the below steps for the factory reset of the RUCKUS Access Points and configure them with a new Wi-Fi SSID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

I did reset the main AP but the speed is still the same.
