I have downloaded Putty and TFTpd64. I am not sure how to check my switch to see if it needs to be upgraded, and then if it does need to be upgraded how to do it with those 2 software programs.

It is a Lennar home set up. It is a new switch out of the box as well. Thank you for the help.
