Hi i get a amber and green light on my 7150

Hi, My switch is ICX 7150-C12P. Again after power outage, It is showing Amber/Orange lights

 Even  after trying resets . Having a really hard time understanding the reprogramming instructions.  Can someone please approve me and allow me to obtain a RMA # so I can get my wifi back.

Hi Mr Sanadi, all I'm accomplishing is making the situation worse. My wife is a school teacher and relys on a working internet for communicating with her principles.  I just don't understand why I can't just return the switch to someone who knows what to do.  Im just making it worse for me.  The reset is not working I've tried countless times.  Our home has bad cell service too so we rely heavily on out internet wifi.

All i have is that laptop. No need for another computer.

Kindly disregard the drivers demonstrated in the video. Instead, please download and install the drivers listed below before accessing the switch via the Mac terminal:

Mac iOS System Solution:

Install the necessary drivers to enable communication with the switch (ICX-7150-C12P) using a USB Type-C to console cable.

Greeting's Mr Sanadi, im not understanding the whole programming environment.  I have an older MacBook. Im not seeing the terminal app. Dosent seem as though this is working out for me. Im not a computer programmer.  Need someone to do it for me. Is there anyplace I can take it to be done?
