Hi All,
My Ruckus switch ICX 7150 did not boot up post last power outage since last few months and now there is no power to the WAPs as well. We troubleshoot the issue and try to take console for the switch through USB TYPE C and RJ45 Cable with USB Type A connector but not able to access/take console.
I need assistance with the RMA for the switch and need immediate help . Kindly look into the issue.

I'm looking for the support on the RMA of the switch and APs both to ensure i do get the extended coverage for my house as its very painful without the connectivity. Please help with the RMA of the devices.

Thank you for the response.
Once again, please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, the driver should be installed using the 2 links below.

Could you please restart the laptop after installing the drivers and check the COM port details in the Device Manger from the Control Panel?
COM port details should be with the silicon lab name in the device manager.
Also, could you please share a picture of the software recovery cable connections between Switch and laptop?

Hi Pinky,
I tried both the steps earlier and I dont see the COM port details with silicon as suggested. Secondly please find the attached pictures for reference of device manger and other one also as requested .
Kindly assist with the RMA of the Device as a resolution as switch is not coming out of boot mode after power stages as i mentioned i tried all steps suggested and even on the ruckus support forum but no resolution and its taking a lot of energy as well. So please help with the RMA

Thank you for sharing the information on a private chat.
Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in bootmode and tried to complete the software recovery. However, you were unable to complete the software recovery as you were unable to install the drivers. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Thank for the details and helping with the RMA. As suggested I completed the process for the RMA and support case number is generated - 01918393. Please let me know how many days it will take to get the new switch as an RMA for the serial number - FEK3820R0WA ?
Kindly refer to the snapshot and please share the estimated device delivery date.
