I recently changed my ISP to ATT and ever since I’m getting these Heartbeat loss alerts every 12 hours or so. I was asked to create my own thread to address my issue. Can you please help me get this resolved?

Hi @Rolo106

Thanks for your response.

The “IP Passthrough” configuration will only allow one connection to AT&T supported equipment.

Please try to disable the IP Passthrough.

After the desired setting is achieved, click on the Save button. -

A re-starting Gateway reminder message will appear, click on the Restart Now button to complete the setting change.

Please check whether you are getting heartbeat loss message after disabling the IP passthrough.

It was already set to off.

I set it to pass through this morning with the ruckus switch MAC address for device since you didn’t get back last night and everything seems to be working now. Please clearly explain what you need me to do. Pass through was NOT on before and I was getting those heartbeat alerts.

Hi @Rolo106

For better understanding of the issue, please answer the below questions.

Are you using Mesh set up, and are the devices impacted part of the mesh devices?

Have you discarded Faulty network components or bad cabling? Check the Switch logs for CR or any issue related to cabling.

Are the AP set with static IP address or Dynamic DHCP (what is the lease time)?

Do you set up the prefer master?, if not, please set one.

At the time of failure, can you ping the IP's AP from the network.
