Device not working as expected

Hi,

my lennar internet is not working. It shows signals and sometimes connects but none of my devices are working even though it shows connected. 
Also the connection is unstable and keeps disconnecting. 
none of the devices switches connect to my lennar connection are working. All r showing offline. I have tried resetting the device many times and contacted my internet provider for support and all is working ok at their end. They said their is an issue with my device.
