Defective Ruckus System

Hello,

After a power outage, my Ruckus system for my Lennar home no longer works. I followed the step-by-step guide for the System Reset as well as for the Flash Recover; however, nothing works. There is no light on any of the 3 access-point-routers in my home, and the primary router that is connected to my actual Internet port does not work. I need this problem fixed as soon as possible. How do I get a technician to my home to fix this? I would greatly appreciate the help.

Hello, thank you for confirming that I can replace this defective product. Please do not close this chat off until I confirm that a replacement product will indeed be sent to me. I cannot confirm that I was helped properly without confirmation from Ruckus that this will get replaced and that a replacement product is in transit.

Hello, I received the new Ruckus port and it is working with green lights showing, and the access points throughout my home have their green lights on. The power button on the access points are flashing green, but I do not know if this is an issue. Regardless, I am trying to connect to the old wifi name but it is not populating for me as an option. How do I connect to it? Do I have to perform some form of set up? Please help. Thanks.
