Defective Ruckus System

Hello,

After a power outage, my Ruckus system for my Lennar home no longer works. I followed the step-by-step guide for the System Reset as well as for the Flash Recover; however, nothing works. There is no light on any of the 3 access-point-routers in my home, and the primary router that is connected to my actual Internet port does not work. I need this problem fixed as soon as possible. How do I get a technician to my home to fix this? I would greatly appreciate the help.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Before you configure the IP addresses, could you please let me know if you see the PuTTY application working with CLI prompts? Additionally, please share a Picture showing the software Recovery cable connections between the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and the laptop.

Please help me with the requested queries and a picture.

You clearly have no care whatsoever for my complaints or frustrations, so please do not feign any concern over my situation. Ruckus should be embarrassed of itself as a company for putting a paying customer through this process. 

Regardless, you did not provide me a link to upload my photos, or this chat box is not allowing me to upload the photos. Please tell me where I can post my photos to. Secondly, I have no idea what CLI prompts are. Again, your directions and rhetoric contemplate an individual with a degree in computer science. You need to provide a process for a layperson, which I am. I am trying to appeal to your mercy as a common individual but you seem to just be an automated bot with automated responses. Hopefully your creator put some AI generated soul in you so you can find it within your automated self to get me some real help to replace the defective system sold to me. I shouldn't be forced through this agonizing process.

Thank you for sharing the requested on a PRIVATE CHAT.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot mode and you tried hard resetting and Software Recovery. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
