Case #01600033, SN: FEK3238N0BG. Switch is defective with no power. Stopped working spontaneously. Requesting replacement. Have attempted to reset, no luck. No lights at all after connecting to well known working outlet. When other devices connect, they work well. Please advise. @ruckus

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch not powering up. You tried to reset it as well.
Could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet? Please refer to the below pictures as an example.
