Thank you for the response and for creating the new post.
Based on the troubleshooting done on the private chat on other post thread, you confirmed, and we saw that after the reset, booting up the Switch, and trying multiple steps the Switch is not getting the IP address and console ports are not working, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
