Recently moved into a Lennar home with two Ruckus APs. I currently have a network setup through Ruckus APs (very unreliable) and a network through my ISPs modem/router (reliable). When trying to use the Ruckus Network (preferred) I experience quite a few issues.
1. Apps on my phone (including pool maintenance software app) do not function or connect.
2. While on work calls/meetings, my VPN/network will continuously interrupt/disconnect (Roughly every 3-5 mins). Making it unusable.
I've had nothing but issues with the Ruckus equipment since moving in (especially after a power outage).
Very little experience in APs/Networks any help is appreciated to diagnose and fix these issues.

I have confirmed factory reset via the steps above.
Switch IP is no longer "dead" in advanced IP scanner, and is alive. In the remote management, the switch now shows, however shows as disconnected.
When trying to connect I received the error:
"SSH service is not enabled on ICX 192.168.0.226. Please manually enable it on ICX."
I have tried those usernames/passwords combos to log into the switch IP via web browser and they are still not the correct login information.

Hi @rgkst2
Hope you are doing well !
Have you tried telnet option ?
Maybe is a old version so for that reason shows as disconnected and ssh is disable
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-12P' or 'access points' "Network devices"

I have completed the above via telnet and confirmed the primary boot was running SPR, while secondary was running SPS. Per the instructions have completed changing both over to SPS (for Lennar) and reloaded multiple times. This has not fixed the issue, and the switch continues to say disconnected ""SSH service is not enabled on ICX 192.168.0.226. Please manually enable it on ICX.""

Hi @rgkst2
Thanks for the update !
That the switch shows disconnected does not mean is not working fine basically the SSH tunnel between ICX and the Access points have not stablished to enable this we must complete certain requirements.
1-Could you please run a show version on the ICX-7150-C12p
show version
Switch should be running 08.0.90 or later version
2-if your Switch is already running 8090 or later please run the following commands
Device>enable
Device#config terminal
Device(config)#crypto key generate rsa
3-Here create a username and password
device(config)# username 'USERNAME' password 'PASSWORD'
device(config)# aaa authentication login default local
Device(config)#lldp run
4-Make sure the management approval is enable
5-Hit Add on that dashboard
Put the IP address of the ICX switch
Username and password for Switch authentication like web page ( not the unleashed credentials ) Where you created in the step '3'
Best Regards

I have version 08.0.80 - Assuming I need to upgrade the firmware first? Do you have a link to that?
