Connectivity issues after power outage.

Hello,

After a recent power outage I'm having connectivity issues with my internet.  Some pages will not load or load slowly.  Some apps on devices such as smart tv's will not load.  I have tried to follow the instructions provided in other posts but this has not helped.  

Looking for any help regarding this situation.

Thank you for the response and the update.

As the IP Addresses assigned to the Ruckus wireless devices will be private IP addresses, we cannot confirm which IP address is assigned to the Switch.

Please follow the ‘How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using the free applications’ guide from the last post and follow the from step 5 onwards.

Try to access your switch from a web browser by pasting the below URL in http or https form whichever that works.

https://0.0.0.0 or http://0.0.0.0 (IP address of Switch. 0.0.0.0 is just as an example)

Once you confirm the Switch IP Address, please try to access the CLI as mentioned in the other guide from the last post and help us with the command outputs.

I have identified the correct IP I think.  When I type it into the address bar it takes me to the Ruckus Unleashed Dashboard.  Is that correct?

Using the IP address that worked in a browser for me, I put that into PuTTY.

I received a terminal screen type out below.  Note: I used admin & admin as my login and password.

Login as: "admin"

Please login: "admin" 

Password: "admin"

**None of the suggested command lines  (enable, show version, show flash) work.

Thank you for the response and the update.

I guess you are using Access Points IP address as you are able to see Unleashed Dashboard. 

You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address. 

As mentioned already, try to access your switch from a web browser by pasting the below URL in HTTP or https form whichever that works.

https://0.0.0.0 or http://0.0.0.0 (IP address of Switch. 0.0.0.0 is just as an example)

Once you confirm the Switch IP Address, please try to access the CLI as mentioned in the other guide from the last post and help us with the command outputs.

Okay, I only had three Ruckus devises listed when I ran the LAN Scan.  They appear to be the WAP's.  There is no other IP listed that I can that have a Ruckus label.  

However, when I go to the Unleashed dashboard and go to the switch (screen shot below) I see this IP.

When I type in that IP address I do get taken to what appears to be the switch page.  However, when I try all of the password combinations (admin, super, ruckus!, etc.) none of the combinations appear to work?? I can't get past that point.
