Connectivity issues after power outage.

Hello,

After a recent power outage I'm having connectivity issues with my internet.  Some pages will not load or load slowly.  Some apps on devices such as smart tv's will not load.  I have tried to follow the instructions provided in other posts but this has not helped.  

Looking for any help regarding this situation.

Additional context - I have the ICX7150-C12 switch.  All of the lights on it are green and in the dashboard it lists as "disconnected"

As per the case description, I could understand that you have intermittent internet connectivity.

Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries,

1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P

I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.

2. Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line” 

How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-C12P' or 'access points' "Network devices":

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>

Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command 

enable 

show version

show flash

I have ran Lan Scanner.  I have the following three Ruckus devices listed.  Which of these is my Switch?  Or are they the access points?

192.168.1.129 c8:03:f5:02:69:50 1 Ruckus Wireless
192.168.1.138 c8:03:f5:02:5d:d0 1 Ruckus Wireless
192.168.1.142 34:fa:9f:17:dd:30 1 Ruckus Wireless
