Cannot open a port on Ruckus Switch

Hello:

Couple of issues. 

  1. My previous switch won't come up due to outage and I have a new switch. 
    I was able to login to my 7150-C12. However is it showing router. I guess that is fine?
  2. Secondly, I am unable to open the ports and the access point in my first floor and second floor doesn't propagate any signal. 
  3. Even though the LEDs are green on 2.4G, when I connect my device there is no connection. 
  4. Also, I have an ethernet cable connected from Ruckus switch doesn't provide connection. 
  5. Finally, I am unable to connect to https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com
  6. Even though I am connected to my VPN.I also tried to connect via Model directly via ethernet cable but still cannot connect to unleashed. 
  7. Finally this is my front panel 1/1/2 and 1/1/7 are connected to ethernet ports (not active). Front panelFront panel
