Hi,
This is an important image for you. Please keep it for future communications with Ruckus Support.
It has below information:
AP model : R510
Version : 200.6.10.1.308
IP Address : 192.168.1.36
You are already aware of the login credentials.
I see that the AP version in very old 200.6.10.1.308. We need to upgrade this to the last version supported for R510 which is 200.15.6.212.20.
Lets follow the below 2 stage process to fix this issue.
Stage 1: Upgrade the AP software.
1. On the previous screen shot you share, click on the Menu icon (3 line icon) in the right top.
2. Under System >> Click on Upgrade >>
3. You should see option for 200.15.6.212.20.
4. Select and upgrade.
Once the upgrade is done, follow the below process to execute the command:
Stage 2: Executing the commands provided by Sonos.
1. Use a Laptop and open Putty software.
2. If Putty is not available, then you can download one from the below link:
For Windows : https://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest/w32/putty-0.83-installer.msi
3. If you have MAC book, then
Open Terminal >> Then type "ssh admin@192.168.1.36"
Then enter the password.
4. If you want to use putty then:
Open Putty >> Enter the ip address 192.168.1.36 under "Host Name (Or IP address) section"
Then enter the username and password.
5. Once you get into the SSH from putty or Terminal, execute the below commands.
Note : I believe "Ski House FL" is the SSID which Sonos devices are connecting.
ruckus> en
ruckus# config
ruckus(config)# wlan Ski House FL
ruckus(config-wlan)# no qos directed-multicast
ruckus(config-wlan)# qos directed-threshold 0
ruckus(config-wlan)# qos directedDHCP disable
This should resolve your issue:
Below is the example from my AP.

This worked. Thank you for all your help. Interesting enough, my Sonos Sub connected without the last step. Just out of curiosity, what does that last step do?

Hi,
Glad to hear that the issue is resolved.
The last step is the actual solution starting from 200.15.6.212.20, but the first 2 steps are the workaround for the version prior to 200.15.6.212.20.
Since you are on 200.15.6.112.54, the workaround resolved the issue for you.
