Can’t access Amazon Prime streaming (think I’m using VPN)

Hi there! A couple weeks ago, Amazon Prime Video will not let me access streaming services, giving me the message that I’m using a VPN or proxy service. I reached out to customer support and they said I need to ask my ISP for a change in IP address. I do not use a VPN or proxy, nor have I changed anything internet related. Is there a way to change my IP address to get around this?

As per the case description, I understand that you need assistance to access the streaming app via the Internet connected to RUCKUS devices.

Could you please reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet) your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and Internet Service Provider’s (ISP’s) Router once and check?
