I have Ruckus R320 in a Lennar home that stopped working. I have taken it down and the socket where the cable plugs in looks burned. I tried to enter an email to Ruckus and the system says the serial number does not exist. I have checked and re-entered it three times yet the Ruckus system still rejects it. How do I get support?

I did the reset and the lights went out and never came back on. It is not working. Thank you for checking.

Thank you for the response and the information.
Based on the troubleshooting done, and you confirm after performing the reset of the Access Point, and checking all the connectivity and connections, the failure persists. And this is the only ONE access point that isn’t working. This ONE Access Point Unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

I tried the RMA thing. I typed the serial number correctly and the site highlights it and ssays "asset does not exist"
