After having gone thru the inspection and review process with Lennar support last fall I was unable to use my Mac to update the Ruckus 7150 switch. I've borrowed a PC from my neighbor who also has never updated his switch. Both were installed at the same time, so fixing one could lead to fixing the other. Neither of us know our passwords for our respective switches and its been years since I've used a PC so my skills on it are very limited. We've got one week left before we head for home for 6 months, so any help would be very helpful. Thanks.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are trying to upgrade your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.
To assist you further, please follow these steps:
1. Attempt to access the CLI using Telnet without requiring a username/password. Please refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.

Once accessed, execute the following commands and provide the outputs:
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show inline power detail
show interface brief
2. If Telnet access is unsuccessful, consider performing a factory reset on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. Detailed instructions can be found in our RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article and accompanying video:

We have successfully upgraded your switch using the TFTP method. For your reference, please find the article below:

Additionally, the switch has been upgraded to the recommended firmware version. To copy the same version to the secondary partition, please execute the following commands:
ICX7150-12P Switch>enable
ICX7150-12P Switch#copy flash flash secondary
ICX7150-12P Switch#write memory
