  • Amber and green light both on did reset 20 times. Camr back had a power outage happened again now won't come back at all

Either stays solid.amber or.just keeps.flashing during reboot

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in the boot mode with an Orange/Amber light on SYST and a Green light on PWR. You tried resetting the Switch with a paper clip with no luck.

You can follow the process once again as described below.

1. Power OFF the box.
2. Press the 'reset' button in the box using any pin and to be held without releasing.
3. Power ON the box.
4. In a few seconds, all Status Mode LEDs will be flashing in Amber(orange) color.
5. After that flashing, after 2 seconds, now release the pin from the reset button.
6. Check if the reset happening in the box.

 

If reset doesn’t work, you need to perform software recovery on the Switch. Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article explaining the process.
