All devices green, wifi very slow

My Ruckus was recently showing orange lights, or no lights at all. I preformed a full system reset and all devices turned green. I attempted to connect a few devices to the Ruckus wifi network. It was extremely slow. The x-finity wifi has no issues at all and is running flawlessly. The cables are not damaged or old. Any thoughts?
