I have a ICX 7150 and after a power outage the the green pwr button is illuminated and the amber System one. I tried the hard reset and it just blinks amber for an hour if I let it. Any advice?

For the software recovery process, I recommend using a Windows laptop or PC, as it may simplify the procedure.

So we did that, but when the putty runs there is no response from the switch, I had someone come and help me with their HO laptop and we could not get the switch to respond

Additionally, please share a picture of the cable connections between the Switch and your laptop used for the Software Recovery.

I do not have the HP laptop here anymore. When I get it I can post it, but in the mean time I guess I’ll just go off the home router, this solution does not seem to be the easiest. And it is very time consuming. When I get access to the PC again I will let you know
