I have a ICX 7150 and after a power outage the the green pwr button is illuminated and the amber System one. I tried the hard reset and it just blinks amber for an hour if I let it. Any advice?

Thank you for the response, I have been trying these steps since last night, but the amber lights all just flash and nothing happens. Any other advice?
