Access points wont turn on after power outage

Hey all. Having an issue with my access points after a recent power outage. I have unplugged and replugged my main ruckus router and also unplugged/replugged the PoE cable from both access points. I am not receiving anything on that end. The main box has a green power light and a yellow system light. I’m assuming that’s the issue but I have recycled power there too. I am lost at this point. Anything helps!

I followed the steps and downloaded all the drivers and Putty and Mobaxterm. Neither are connecting so how to do I continue with these steps? I've followed them exactly as noted for Windows.

Hi @ddazzo

Which cable are you using to console the ICX-7150 to the Windows Machine ?

USB to USB-C (USB on computer side and USBC into the 7150.

Hi @ddazzo

We are doing our best to help users of this forum.

Is this cable by chance to charge devices?  Many times this does not work correctly

Do you have by any change another cable to test it ?

Are you seeing the connection on the device Manager ?

Also, would it be easier to just hit the reset button on the 7150 box and just run it from defaults?
