My access points and control panel are all working - but will not distribute a wifi signal. I have restarted/rebooted it multiple times, and even did a factory reset to try to reconfigure. It shows a strong signal and all access points being online - but in the Ruckus Unleashed App it says "no internet connection". How can I get this fixed?

On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
