Hello
I am trying to have my PoE switch work or my satellite units work properly. There is no data being delivered to any devices. The wifi itself is seems to be working properly and can be seen by the in home devices. However, when you go to surf the net or any function using data, it doesn't work. I have had to disconnect and use the wifi directly from the modem, which is not ideal being a 3 level house. Anyway I could get a phone call for support?

Thank you for the response and the information.
Please try to access the Switch IP Address address in a web browser and try to login.
You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address.
Please check the other IP Addresses from the IP scan results, by the name of Ruckus Wireless or Brocade Communications to confirm the IP address of the Switch and access the CLI.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say try and access it from a web browser?

Thank you for your prompt response.
Please enter the IP addresses in the web URL section to verify if they are associated with the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch. For the Switch IP address you must see the dashboard mentioned in my previous post.
