Access Points Not Working

Zing

I switched out my current modem/router to a newer version to support higher speed from Spectrum and now my access points have no lights on them at all.  I unplugged the Ruckus and plugged back in but no change, still no access lights are on.  How can I fix?  Limited to no technical skills with this sort of thing.

Hi @Zing

Thank you for the response and the update.

Seems like 192.168.0.13 is the IP address assigned to your ICX-7150-C12P Switch from your ISP Router. (Please refer to the below screenshot for the same)

Please use the same IP Address, follow the 2nd step guide link, and help us with the commands output results which are mentioned in the previous post.

Please share the output of the commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.

Downloaded PuTTY and opened and this is the command prompt screen:

psftp: no hostname specified; use "open host.name" to connect

Hi @Zing

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the information you shared.

Could you please share the screenshot of the error that you are getting when you are trying to access CLI via Putty?

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

I don't know if it is an error, I don't know what to do with Putty or how it works
