I currently have 2 APs, one upstairs and one downstairs. Currently both are plugged in, but the upstairs one is showing no lights. It will blink green forPWR icon but then will turn off completely
The downstairs one is showing Green lights for (PWR and DIR) and then ORANG for (2.4 & 5g)
I have tried unplugging the system, the ethernet cords, and even resetting.

Hi @delaneysearles
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
Please refer to the below screenshot and select the IP Address with the name Brocade Communications which is the IP address of your Switch. And as I could see that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) Router is assigning IPv6 to the device. Please set it to the IPv4 from your ISP Router login to get the IPv4 address.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

Hi @delaneysearles
Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
Could you please download the Putty Application and try to log in to the CLI using the Switch IP Address from the IP Scan and share the output of the below commands?
And we suggest using Windows laptop/PC
Putty download link:https://www.putty.org/
You could try the SSH Or Telnet option to log in to CLI (Putty) as described in the same guide- Please refer below
SSH- Port 22
OR
Telnet – Port 23 (If SSH doesn’t work)
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show interface brief
show inline power detail
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

Hi @delaneysearles
Thank you for the information you shared.
As you have the Switch IP address, you should see the Switch Dashboard on a web browser and please try to log in.
Try to access your switch from a web browser by pasting the below URL in HTTP or https form whichever that works.
https://0.0.0.0 or http://0.0.0.0 (IP address of Switch. 0.0.0.0 is just as an example)
Please login, confirm and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience.
