A/C ADAPTER MISSING

I just purchased this home in May 2023.  I had no idea this device was already installed in my home.  My neighbor told me.  None of the equipment is working.  I look at the main device and it's missing the AC adapter.  Any advice on how to obtain another one?

Hi @ddwb41

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the information you shared.

You can purchase an RJ45 plugs ethernet cable and connect it between your ISP Router and the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch as described in the below guide.

Please refer to the short guide link below about how to connect the devices as a reference:

I have now connected with the Ethernet cord.  How do I do a hard reset so I can use the extenders and set up my own user name and passcode?

Hi @ddwb41

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update you shared.

If the connections are correct as per the guide I shared in my previous post, now we may proceed with the factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to reset and configure them with a new Wi-Fi SSID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.

As you have 2 Access Points in your setup, remove the cable of any one Access Point from the Switch ports, and perform the factory reset on the other connected access point and once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point back to the Switch.

Hi @ddwb41

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

Seems like you have security protection policies on your device that are denying access to the links I shared.

Please try it on your laptop/PC or any other device and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience.
