R770 Access Point: Constant Client Drops & Ruckus Support Fails to Deliver

Hello everyone,

We recently invested in the 20+ Ruckus R770 for our new office, hoping to achieve top-tier performance. Unfortunately, we've been encountering persistent issues with client connections dropping from our primary Wi-Fi SSID. The connection seems to drop randomly, and users have to manually reconnect each time.

Our experience with Ruckus Support has not been productive so far. Initial calls often take time to schedule, and though support assures us they'll escalate to engineering after collecting the logs, we haven't seen much follow-through. This has left us struggling to resolve these issues on our own, so I wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has encountered a similar situation with the R770 or has suggestions on effective troubleshooting steps.
