What is the correct ServiceNow assignment group https://ruckus.cloud ?
It's not the "Support.ruckuswireless.com" assignment group. That is for the support portal, its single signon app and other ruckus apps like AIP, EDI, MT, LAP and certificate renewal.
I am in that assignment group but we frequently get assigned incidents and requests having to do with ruckus.cloud and ruckus.cloud/analytics. What is the correct assignment group for these applications?
