how to take ssh of cloud managed AP

i want to check the AP is getting internet or not. 

how can I log in (SSH or HTTPS) to ruckus cloud-managed AP so that I can log in to AP and ping or traceroute the Internet from AP .

Hi There,

Once AP is managed from Cloud, SSH or HTTPS access on Cloud managed APs will not be available.

If required, you can contact support and they can login into the AP to troubleshoot the issue.

Cloud managed APs are not accessible via SSH/HTTPS.

Thank you Vasanth for this information. Is there a plan to include this AP SSH/HTTPS access in future release for cloud APs?
