Unable to load venue

I am new to Ruckus, the site i am working with has several Venues, when i try to add the 1st ap to the venue i want the page will not load. I am able to open other venues just nto the one I need. another tech add the venue but from what i have read  it is pretty strait forward. any Idea what i may be missing?

I understand you cannot browse and add the AP to the venue that your colleague has added. 
-> Do you get any errors while clicking on the venue? 
-> Did you check if the other tech is able to add the AP to the Venue or he gets an error? 
-> Please share a screenshot if there are any errors. 
-> Please check if you are the Prime Admin on the account.
