Support Ruckus Cloud Alpha Server

I was on contact with support from Ruckus Cloud Alpha Server to validate this Manager with my hotspot solution, but it's been a week without an answer from the support.

Can I get some help?

I don't understand "this Manager with my hotspot solution".  If you have a ticket open with Support, you can always request "escalation".

Hello, the "Cloud Alpha Server", is our Engineering test environment, which is changing all the time. 
Do not assume or expect anything being tested in this environment to be the same in our production.
Please test in the production environment.
