Laptops getting disconnected

Getting complaints that users are getting disconnected from the network. Cant figure out what is happening. I checked troubleshooting and I see the following. We can never get to the user fast enough to troubleshoot the issue when it is happening.

What is the current vSZ version and AP code ? Can you follow below to get some details on failure and also log a case with Ruckus TAC with few AP support log and client MAC having issue to start with please.
