Jumbo Frame in same location

HW INFO:
-Fortigate 60F
-Switch ICX7150
-Ruckus AP WIFI6

If all those in same location

?
1. Do I need to enable Jumbo Frame 
-on AP, SWITCH and FIREWALL

2. SWITCH SIDE
if yes then is jumbo only in the port that AP connected or all ports
