ICX Vsz upgrade failed

Hi guys does anyone know why I have this error while trying to upgrade icx switch trough vsz?

Connection no response, please try again later. (last command: copy flash flash secondary)

• select Switches from the left navigation pane.
  The Switches page is displayed.
• From the Switches page, select a switch.
• Click More, and select CLI session.

I sent you screenshot, I do not have CLI session to select from "More"

We can rectify using cli and tftp server or USB drive

copy tftp flash <tftp server ip address> filename primary

copy tftp flash <tftp server ip address> filename secondary

or USB

copy disk0 flash  filename primary

copy disk0 flash  filename secondary
