ICX 7550 UFI Firmware upgrade via TFTP Failing - Code 17

I am attempting a firmware upgrade of my ICX 7550 L3 switch stack via TFTP. From Version 08.0.95fc to 10.0.1g (stability release).  When attempting to copy from the TFTP, I am getting persistent timeout errors on the TFTP server and eventual failure on the switch side. 

I have set up a PC as a TFTP server (10.17.2.100) and downloaded the new OS .bin image ("GZR10010g_cd6ufi.bin")  that I am wanting to install. 

I was able to copy configurations successfully from the Core to the TFTP server successfully

"copy running-config tftp 10.17.2.100 old_run" succeeds. File is copied to the TFTP location

When I try to copy from the TFTP server to the core, it fails. 

"copy tftp flash 10.17.2.100 GZR10010g_cd6ufi.bin secondary"  failing

Return failure code to the stack is "error code 17"

Troubleshooting steps so far include:

1. Trying different file locations

2. Checking file permissions

3. Disabling Windows firewall 

4. Rebooting the stack

5. Running TFTP server application as administrator 

Any ideas are appreciated!

TFTP error code 17 typically indicates a timeout or connectivity failure when attempting to transfer a file via TFTP. In practice, this means the device could not successfully communicate with the TFTP server

Could you please let us know if you have attempted a upgrade using USB drive
