So my icx 7450 had some really old firmware(2017) i think and i tried to jump to a higher version (8080f) unfortunately now the switch seems to be stuck at bootloader as it makes a whole lot of noise and never boots.
As of right now i've always telnet'ed my way into it throught the out of band port since i've yet to figure out how does the usb mini type b serial port works(i've tried rigging something with a TTL and some spare connectors i oddly had, for an old keyboard, to see if i could read the UART signal but no shot)
How can i fix it ?

After nearly reverse engineering the adapter and the transceiver I got this
(some characters might be missing due to poor connection as i had to use jumper wires and an oscilloscope... More money i guess)
BroaeBootloader: 1010T1 Dc1 015 - 13:10:57)
