ICX 7150-C12P ubifs errors after power outage

Hi,

after a power outage my ICX 7150-C12P has been unable to boot any software. I have tried multiple times flashing new software to both primary and secondary partition to no use. The only way I can get it to boot is via tftpboot. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Try to recover to 8095s. If it is still failing after that, it likely needs to be replaced.

I have already tried that. I think there's nothing I can do to fix it.

Assuming you have hardware entitlement, submit an RMA.
