Good Morning,
Looking for some help on why the RJ45 console port on my ICX 7150s and 7250s does not work? The Mini USB console port works fine but it would be nice if I didn't have to bring an extra cable with me. I have tried different speeds and programs for launching the connection but nothing works. I just get a blank screen and the device prompt never loads. Am i doing something wrong or is there some config that needs to be in place before these work?

The speed settings to connect to the ICX are listed on the hardware installation guide:

If you are not able to connect to the RJ45 console port using those settings, please confirm that it is not a cable issue. This can be done by testing the cable with a different device or by testing the ICX with a different console cable.
You can use either of the following console cables:
One console cable (RJ-45-to-RJ-45 cross-over)
Or one standard RJ-45 to USB cable
If you confirm that even with a different console cable and/or that your current console cable works fine with a different device, please open a replacement case for the affected ICX.
