Hello everyone,
I am trying to authenticate the switch with AD accounts. I have created the RADIUS client on the NPS and configure the switch according to the instructions. The switch can detect the RADIUS server, but when I tried to access the switch with my AD account, it didn't work. I had to use local account (after disabling RADIUS authentication) to access the switch.
I think I need to customize the vendor specific attribute on the NPS side for Ruckus switch. I tried to follow the instructions, but I didn't succeed as I find it quite vague.
If anyone has attempted it successfully and could give me some guidance, it would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Hayden

Hi Mayank,
I have lodged a ticket already, but there has been no solution for the NPS configuration side.
I also looked up many documents related to this issue, but they weren't helpful as well.
