I need assistance since all of a sudden my circuit board is not picking up my modem.

1) Could you please let us know if you are from Lennar Homes ? 

2) What is model of the device ? Is it 7150 C12 Model ? 

3) Could you help us by more details about the issue ? 

4) Does this statement mean " circuit board is not picking up my modem." Switch not connecting to your modem ?
