Hi,
When I moved into my home, it came with various smart home features including the Ruckus setup as noted in the title. Recently, the two R510 AP that are downstairs and upstairs have not been showing the LED lights. I have tried unplugging the PoE ports from both, resetting for 15 and 30 seconds, but no success; no light will not turn on.
As a result, I have been following the guide in this post by Vasquez Far to update the ICX and it has been going well until step 17:
When I enter the code:
copy disk0 flash mnz10114.bin bootrom
the CLI results in infinite lines of code that says "PoE Fatal: Vmain (48V) fault has forced all ports on slot 0 to lose power" even though the USB is plugged into the ICX correctly and the files on the USB are correct (I have to restart PuTTY to code again)
I tried searching online for answers but have not come across one that has effectively solved my problem. The closest I have reached to solving is through another post from the same person:
However, I am having trouble with opening PuTTY with the correct COM (USB) port. Would appreciate some help on this issue as I cannot receive any power through both AP and cannot continue coding through the CLI without the above error.

Hi Imran, thanks for the reply.
Yes my Ruckus setup was working previously. I cannot confirm that the issues stemmed from a power outage, but can assure you that there has been at least one since then.
The only lights I can see are the SYST, PWR, and wifi LEDs and they are all solid green. (yellow cable is connected to my AT&T modem and the blue cables are connected to the APs; I am not sure which cables are connected to either AP and no lights are shown for either blue cable)
Below are the results from the suggested commands in the CLI (PuTTY) accessed by the Telnet:
enable:
show version:
show flash:
show inline power:
show inline power detail (2 photos):
show interface brief:

Hi @lc578
Thank you for the response and the update.
This issue is mainly because of the older version on your RUCKUS Switch.
Could you please try to upgrade your Switch using the below method (Upgrade using CLI)?
Please let me know if you are stuck at any point during the Switch upgrade process.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

Hi Imran,
As I was going through the steps in the link, I came across a problem when trying to copy the mnz10114.bin file. Below is the instructions that I cannot get past as well as the error that follows. I have already searched for answers online but cannot find any. The error is "TFTP to Flash Error - code 5"
