100-FX Up and Forwarding with No Connection on ICX7550

I have various issues with ICX-7550 with FI 9.0.10e firmware and RUCKUS 100-FX SFPs such as the following:

100-FX SFP ports, configured as 100-FX, with link have either Amber or Green lights on the LED even thought they are all the same SFP part and all set for 100-FX.

Some 100-FX SFP ports with nothing connected to them will be Up and Forwarding.

Some 100-FX SFP odd ports with connections will have the lower even port Up and Forwarding as well but have no connection.

Are you using a ruckus optic? If so, please open a support case so this can be investigated properly.

I tried upgrading to 9.0.10f and downgrading to 8.0.95j and in both cases the issues still remain.

Yes, they are RUCKUS optics, 100M M-FX-SR(SFP) part #33224-200 and 33224-100.
