When you factory default the AP, does it broadcast a Configure-Me-XXYYZZ WLAN that you can connect to (open auth)?
Disable all but your PC Wireless LAN adapter, and connect to the SSID.
Can you open https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com from a browser when connected like this?
