Can you please let me know with detailed instructions as to how can access the settings on this access point to disable the wireless wifi on this particular access point. Thanks so much for your help.
I really appreciate it.

Hi Jo,
Could you please let us know about the below details:
1. What is the software version. I'm trying to understand if this is a standalone AP or managed by the controller.
2. Since you are not able to access the AP on the https://ipaddress. I'm guessing it could be on the controller ap firmware.
3. If yes, you can enable the https from the CP cli using the command "set https enable".
If managed by the controller, login to the controller >> Access Points >> Edit the AP >> Disable the "Wlan Service".
You can also disable the SSID from the AP CLi using the command "set state down"

Hi Jo,
Can you SSH into the AP and enter the command "get version" to know the AP software version.
A standalone AP version looks like 100.x, 104.x and 110.x.
Unleashed version : 200.x
Controller version is as below:
Zone director : 9.x, 10.x
Smart Zone : 3.x, 5.x.
If it is Zone director or Smart zone managed, enter the command "get director" (for Zone director) or "get scg" (for Smart Zone) to know the controller IP if the AP is connected.
Let me know the details.
You can also contact our support on the below link who can help you on a remote session to guide you.
