Welcome to the RUCKUS Community Contributor Challenge!
The RUCKUS Community benefits from the "network effect": the more people participate, the more valuable the community. As we continue to grow the Community beyond traditional tech support we want to reward those of you who contribute and participate most in our forums.
Starting January 1, 2024 we will offer a voucher for a free attempt at one of our high-stakes industrial certification exams to the top two contributors for each six month period (value $150 USD):
Winners may choose either:
- RUCKUS Certified Network Implementer (RCNI)
- RUCKUS Certified Wi-Fi Associate (RCWA)
Awards for the each prior six month period will be announced in July and January. We'll communicate directly with winners on next steps.
Additionally, winners will be considered for our upcoming Super-User program, with added benefits; watch for announcements in early 2024!
This challenge is exclusively for non-RUCKUS / CommScope employees, and is designed to increase peer-to-peer community interactions between our customers, partners and visitors.
Contributions will be measured on a point system:
- 1 point per post, including replies
- 2 points per new topic post
- 5 points per kudos received
- 10 points for an accepted solution
You must have at least one accepted solution to qualify.
We will post a leaders list at least monthly so you can see your progress.
Please do not game the system! Marking your own topics as Accepted Solutions, giving your posts kudos or posting tons of meaningless replies will not help you win. Final awards decisions will be made by our internal RUCKUS Community team. That said we will do our best to be completely transparent with you regarding our process.
