One of our customers is running firmware version 10.4.1.0 build 214 on a ZD1200. The latest version is 10.2.1.0 build 183???

How can this version have a lower version number and can I install the latest version without running into any problems with the version 10.4.1.0?

I believe the latest firmware is ZD1200 10.4.1.0.257 (GA Refresh4) Software Release.
