After the storm my Ruckus device went offline. No yellow or green lights on the device. How do I fix it ?
Tried restarting, unplugging, etc. Still does not work.
Please confirm if you are a Lennar owner.
Also confirm the impacted AP model, type of solution you are using (Unleashed, RUCKUS Cloud, ZD, etc).
If device's power LED is not glowing stable or flashing green, this means device either has some power connection issue or device is faulty.
Try to verify cabling, power adaptor and confirm if power LED is glowing or not. Also confirm it's status.
