Problems with support portal - cannot add users

Hello everyone!
The question is for Ruckus team - I can't add new users to my company account nor to my customer's accounts - just get the message that I don't have sufficient rights to do it. 
But earlier everything worked fine.
The support cannot help me, so I write here.

 I resived invite to join in ruckus portal but i can,t registration and the form give me error message
